First glance at new Kia Optima proves the car will be a success
One of the fastest rising car manufacturers of the last five years has been Kia. They have gone from what insiders believed to be a relative unknown, to one of the best value car producers in the industry. Famous for their great warranties, Kia has made a name for themselves by producing quality cars for a low price, and standing behind them. The Kia Optima is a popular choice of Bloomington drivers, and has established itself as the company’s flagship car. The newest version of the Optima is highly anticipated by Bloomington’s Preowned Kia Amanti Drivers, and is going to make a statement to the world that Kia is a car manufacturer to be reckoned with.
The 2011 Kia Optima is a surprisingly handsome automobile. Compared to Bloomington’s older Kia Optimas or even Amantis, the car is longer, wider, lower, and overall, much sportier looking. According to Carscoop, the Optima is designed to go up against some of the other industry’s comparable models including the Passat and Camry.
The car features chrome accents to add a much different look to the car. The most amazing cosmetic thing about the new Optima is its smoothness. There are few seams or ridges on the car, making it appear to look like a “winged bullet.”
There are two engine choices, a 200 horsepower 2.4L engine, or a turbocharged 2.0L that delivers 274 horsepower and 34mpg. Getting 34 miles to the gallon on a non hybrid car is absolutely phenomenal, even rivaling gas consumption of a hybrid car. Oh by the way, Kia plans on releasing a hybrid 2011 Optima, for even better gas usage…
It’s amazing to see how awesome the new Kia Optima looks. If you took the Kia logo off the front of the car, you would never believe “it’s just a Kia.” That seems to be the new statement for the car industry in this new decade: “It’s not just a Kia.” Kia is the fastest rising car company of the last five years, and they are proving that their recent success is no fluke with the introduction of the 2011 Optima. Expect the new Kia Optima to make its way to Bloomington later time this year.
